Strategically located in Le Loi Boulevard, one of the city's main thoroughfares, Saigon Centre enjoys close proximity to the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, Ben Thanh Market and prominent hotels.

The project is developed in phases. Phase 1 comprises a three-storey retail podium, 11 floors of Grade A offices and 89 luxury serviced apartments under Sedona Suites Ho Chi Minh City. It has since established itself as the preferred business and residential address in Ho Chi Minh City. The retail podium is a popular shopping destination with a good collection of international fashion labels and F&B outlets.

Construction of Saigon Centre Phase 2 is progressing on schedule. When completed, Phase 2 will feature about 50,000 sm of prime retail area spread over five floors, a 37-storey office tower offering about 40,000 sm premium Grade A office space and about 200 luxury serviced apartments.

The retail mall opened doors to customers on 30 July 2016 with anchor tenant Takashimaya taking up about 15,000 sm of retail space. In October 2014, Keppel Land moved ahead on the development of Saigon Centre Phase 2's office tower which is expected to be completed in the second half of 2017.
