In Australia, Keppel REIT owns five premium commercial assets: a 50% interest in 8 Chifley Square in Sydney, a 50% interest in the 8 Exhibition Street office building together with two retail units and a 100% interest in the adjoining three retail units in Melbourne. There is also a 50% interest in a premium office tower to be developed at 311 Spencer Street in Melbourne as well as a 50% interest in 275 George Street in Brisbane, and a 50% interest David Malcolm Justice Centre office tower in Perth.
